# 039 GlossWell PRO New Function Coat Improvements made it possible to construct a real glass coat with a more convenient sense. Drop a few drops of GlossWell LIGHT New Function Coat on cloth or sponge and apply it to the construction surface. If you can wipe evenly as it is, it is possible to instantly coat the construction surface with glass. With regard to construction, you do not need any special knowledge or experience. With GlossWell’s high hardness 8H / super water repellency / super oil repellency and other special functions as it is, you can enjoy a real glass coat with a sense like waxing just like waxing.

Each of the hybrid coating agents from our BL HY-Coater series have been delivered to us directly from a coating development laboratory, ensuring our products have the highest purity. Additionally, we also customize each coating agent according to its purpose of use. In particular, we have lengthened the coating agent curing rate of our GlossWell series, changing the specification to allow the application of overcoats. Further, as it is possible for you to polish the finished surface, any risks concerning agent application in general have been greatly reduced. Each of these changes are possible due to the “authenticity” of each product. With the advent of the GlossWell series, just as if it were wax, you can now apply an authentic, hybrid glass coat by hand.

GlossWell LIGHT New Function Coat is a hybrid glass coat with the ability to withstand temperatures of up to 250°C, in addition to phenomenal water and oil repellent properties. One coat applied to various surfaces, such as entire car and motorcycle bodies, wheels, and various painted / metal plated parts, the inner / outer walls and flooring of your home, stainless steel and aluminum polished surfaces / plastic products, and synthetic resin products, will demonstrate its strong adhesive qualities.

As GlossWell LIGHT New Function Coat is a highly pure, one-pack type, both hand and spray gun applications are possible. Further, with its cold-setting drying conditions, you can use GlossWell PRO: New Function Coat just as though you were applying a wax coating. How to apply the GlossWell LIGHT New Function Coating

This is information on how to apply the GlossWell LIGHT New Function Coating. Perfect application is possible by closely following the following points, so please read carefully.

Wipe off within one to two minutes after application!!

1 ) Before applying GlossWell, please take time to carefully and cautiously prepare the surface you will be applying it to.
* Clear any existing wax and dirt attached to the surface, and remove polish scratches and marks as much as possible.
2 ) Apply a maximum of five drops of GlossWell per use to the coating sponge.
3 ) After application to your surface, make sure to wipe off within one to two minutes.
* Surface unevenness due to leftover GlossWell can occur during this stage, so please make sure to wipe off carefully.
* Please wipe off before the GlossWell hardens (while still in a liquid state)
* GlossWell drying time may vary depending on the temperature and humidity of that particular day.
4 ) Split the surface into smaller sections. Do not apply GlossWell to a large area at once.
5 ) Three days at an ordinary temperature are required for the GlossWell to completely set. Please carry out final polishing work with the included compound from the fourth day onward.

Dry to the touch: 30 minutes
Drying at an ordinary temperature: 24 hours / complete curing takes three days
Forced drying: 70 to 80°C. for 30 minutes, followed by normal temperature for one day to complete curing
