Osmo Wood Coat Paint Dilution ratio / The Main : Cure =10 : 1
The main and the curing agent are uniformly stirred beforehand. Subdivide the base and curing agent both to apply coating area accurately measurement. The main : Cure agent 10:1 and mix them up uniformly.
No dilution any requires because the paint is adjusted to the coating viscosity.
Select the coating method ( Brush, Roller, Spray ) according to the coating environment. Use brush or roller according to the smoothness of the wood surface.
Do not paint a large area at once, apply evenly while penetrating the wood little by little.
Depending on the degree of absorption the wood with a low suction can be infiltrated repeatedly by the wet-on wet method.
Wood with low suction is penetrated while adjusting the application amount according to the degree. Optimal paint is slightly raised on the wood surface.
Be careful not to apply a thick coat so as not to form a paint film like varnish on the wood surface. Coating may be peeled off or cracked due to the expansion.
To dry completely 1-2hours in summer, 5-6 hours in winter.

3Treatment

Leave the material 7days to dry to the strength of the wood.
It cures and dries about 2-3 days and is treated water repellency and antifouling performance appeare..
It takes 7 days to hardness is improved and the wood is completely dried. Please consider the drying time and curing period

4Note
OSMO is suitable for natural solid wood, it is a paint penetrates deep into the wood and exerts effect, Varnished wood does not have a sufficient effect.
The finish varies depending on the type of xylem, so make a trial coating with the same material in advance and check the finish.
Avoid painting if the temperature is below 5C or the humidity is above 80% or if the evocation is not enough and dew condensation is considered.
Avoid painting when there is a risk of rain, snowfall, or strong wind in outdoor painting.
Please use the paint after sufficiently stirring make the contents even
Use water or hot water to clean equipment Wash paint with hot water until it dries, then wipe off paint with lacquer thinner after drying.
Seal the remaining paint and store in a cool, dark place.
Please refer to the safety data sheet SSD for details on product safety.
